Roast pork

Nothing beats the taste of a delicious pork roast, and it's not difficult to do at all. To cook, proceed as follows:

Preheat the oven to 180° C and season the surface of the roast. Place on a rack on a shallow roasting pan.

Roast, uncovered, in centre of oven for 25 minutes per 500g and an extra 20 minutes until cooked.

Allow to stand 10 minutes before carving.

Ingredients:
400 g pork fillet
1 T olive oil
2 crushed cloves garlic
1 x 5 cm piece ginger, grated
1 chopped chilli
¼ cup oyster sauce
Green beans
Cooking instructions:

Slice a pork fillet into very thin strips and fry in a very hot pan with olive oil until golden (about 5 to 10 minutes). Remove from the pan and add crushed cloves garlic, piece ginger, grated, and chopped chilli with oyster sauce to the same pan. Gently fry until fragrant, then fold in the pan-fried pork. Serve with crisp blanched green beans.
