How to:

Make chocolate decorations

Gently melt dark chocolate over a low heat or in a double boiler. Spoon the melted chocolate into a piping bag with a small nozzle. Pipe a circle onto lightly greased baking paper and fill it in with chocolate scrolls.

Refrigerate to set before removing carefully from the baking paper. Use to give a flourish to festive desserts or as tempting Christmas ornaments.

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 packet of chocolate digestive biscuits
100 g softened butter
150 g cream cheese
250 g mascarpone
Plum
Cooking instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Crush 1 packet of chocolate
digestive biscuits finely. Fold in 100 g softened butter and line individual moulds with the mixture.

Bake blind for 10 minutes. Mix 150 g cream cheese with 250 g mascarpone until smooth. Spoon the cheesy mixture into the biscuit shells and serve with sliced plum.
