Allergens: Wheat free

Prep time: 10 minutes, plus freezing time
Ingredients:
4 cups plain yoghurt
2 ripe mangoes, cubed
3 nectarine, finely cubed
Cooking instructions:

Spoon 2 cups of the yoghurt into an ice tray and freeze until set. Add the remaining yoghurt and the mango to a blender and pulse until combined.

Pour into glasses, then add the nectarine pieces and finish off with a few yoghurt ice cubes. Enjoy chilled

 

TASTE’s take:

Make a few ice trays fi lled with diff erent flavours of yoghurt so that you always have them handy to pop into yoghurt sips.
