Flavour your choice of tea with these delicious combos: cardamom and honey; lemongrass and ginger; lime, mint and granaddilla; rose-water and vanilla; or orange zest and pineapple.

ELEGANT ICED TEA
Makes 3 litres
- 2 x 1.5-litre bottles Woolworths iced tea
- 250ml frozen berries
- fresh mint leaves, to decorate
- 2 limes, quartered
- 15ml rose-water
- 1 bunch grapes
- 1 free-range egg white
- 30ml caster sugar
Pour the iced tea into a large jug. Add the berries, mint leaves, limes and rose-water. To frost the grapes, brush lightly with beaten egg white and dip into sugar. Place onto greaseproof paper and allow to harden. Serve the iced tea in pretty teacups and decorate with frosted grapes.

SHORTBREAD FANCIES

Makes 12
- 250ml mascarpone
- 1 vanilla pod, split and seeded
- 12 fingers shortbread
- 12 strawberries, sliced
Gently stir together the mascarpone and vanilla seeds.Spread onto the shortbread and neatly decorate with sliced strawberries.

MINI TURKISH-DELIGHT TRIFLES
Serves 8
- 4 Woolworths chocolate brownies
- 45ml raspberry liqueur
- 8 Turkish-delight chocolates, halved
- 8 scoops good quality vanilla ice cream
- 125ml caramelised nuts, chopped
Break the brownies into small pieces. Spoon into 8 shot glasses and drizzle each with 5ml of liqueur. Add the Turkish delight, ice cream and nuts. Serve immediately.

FROSTED-MINI-DOUGHNUT TOWER
To make the tower, carefully pile Woolworths frosted mini doughnuts onto your favourite cake stand.
Melt 100g Lindt 70% dark chocolate and, using a paper piping bag, pipe stars onto a silicone mat or baking paper.
Allow to set, chilling if necessary.
Decorate the tower with the stars and dust with plenty of icing sugar.
