• Put together a plate of marinated artichokes, mixed olives, slow roast Rosa tomatoes, with hummus on thick slices of ciabatta with fresh basil and black pepper
• Marinate shavings of baby marrow and asparagus in olive oil, red wine vinegar, crushed garlic and lots of lemon juice to taste. Toss with chopped parsley, crumbled feta and a sprinkle of dried chilli.
