Sometimes there's nothing better than a good piece of steak with some yummy potatoes on the side. Perfect food for sporty weekends in front of the telly!
PS: Always go for free-range meat (available at selected Woolworths stores) as it's much healthier for you, and the planet. When grilling free-range meat, your coals need not be quite as hot, and keep the steaks over them for a little longer to ensure the meat is tender and juicy.

Preheat the oven to 230ºC. Peel, wash and thinly slice about 3 baking potatoes. Moisten with a little oil then season. Spread in a flat layer on a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
Crusty potato salad
Scrub and halve 500 g baby Mediterranean potatoes. Steam or simmer until tender. Drain. Sauté 1 red onion, thinly sliced, and potato in oil, until the potatoes are crusty and the onion well browned. Add a splash of red wine vinegar, parsley and seasoning, to taste, and mix well together.
Slice medium-sized potatoes into matchstick-sized strips and deep fry in the hot sunflower oil until crisp and golden.
