Delicious Grabouw boerewors

Few aromas are as evocative of summer as those emitted by a piece of succulent boerewors happily sizzling away over gently glowing coals.

Imbued with the heady flavours of roasted coriander, nutmeg and freshly ground black pepper, Woolworths Grabouw boerewors is made according to a traditional South African recipe made with ground pork and beef with an expert blend of spices.

Uncoil onto the grill and braai until lightly charred on the outside and juicy on the inside, then serve on hotdog rolls, corn-and-beer bread or thick slices of buttered ash bread with caramelised onions or give it a Mzansi twist with sides of buttery pap, fresh tomato smoor and fiery chakalaka.

Serve with an artisinally brewed ale and enjoy on sunny afternoons or balmy summer evenings with friends and family.
