Cook free-range beef steak

Free-range beef is so much more healthy for us as it comes from cattle that are free to roam, grazing in open pastures and are never given routine antibiotics or growth hormone.

Woolworths exclusively stocks free-range beef from Namibia where farmers adhere to stringent European Union standards.

All their free-range beef is matured for tenderness, trimmed of excess fat and bone and specially selected from approved and independently audited suppliers.
