An SA first: Free-from-lactose dairy products
In a first for South Africa, Woolworths has introduced a new fresh free-from-lactose range of milk and yoghurt products
Make lime and parsley salt
Lime and parsley salt is delicious served over fish, steak and a variety of vegetables including corn and potatoes.
To make, whizz or grind together 30 ml Maldon sea salt, the zest of 2 limes and 30 ml finely chopped flatleaf parsley.
You can use a blender or a pestle and mortar, and continue until coarsely chopped.

conversion table
½ t = 2 ml
1 t = 5 ml
1 T = 15 ml
½ cup = 125 ml
1 cup = 250 ml
