Goat's milk Cheddar

Goat's milk cheddar is a full-flavoured cheese which is exclusively made for Woolworths. It is matured for two months to give a firm texture and a distinctively strong taste.

It works deliciously well in crispy potato cakes draped with royale highlands salmon and red onion slivers.

Try it instead of regular cheddar in crispy baguettes with smashed avocado, mature cheddar shavings, pickled onion and potato straws and it would also be a wonderful substitute in our baked pasta with cauliflower, lentils and cheddar dish.
