Glossary
ProvoloneProvolone is an off-white to light cream,
semi-hard cheese with a dry surface and a clean, fresh and mild taste. It originates in southern Italy and is similar to mozzarella, but with more flavour.
Try it in Breakfast tarts or enjoy as antipasto with salami and olives, on bread, over pizzas or in burgers.
