Pecorino Romano
Made in Sardinia, Italy, this hard sheep’s milk cheese has a smooth texture and a sharp, salty flavour.
Use it as you would Parmesan, except use a bit less as it is a touch sharper.
Pecorino comes from the word pecora which means sheep in Italian.
