Glossary
MicrogreensThe intensely-flavoured plant shoots of salad greens, herbs, edible flowers and leafy vegetables, are harvested early in their smallest, most delicate state and before the plant reaches maturity.
Look out for micro fennel, spinach or chrysanthemum, baby beets, tatsoi and sunflower shoots, and serve in salads or as garnishes and toppings. They are incredibly healthy for you, too.
