Chimichurri sauceChimichurri sauce is a garlicky sauce from Argentina and is great spooned over grilled food.
Ingredients are generally olive oil, red wine vinegar, fresh coriander leaves, garlic, chillies, cumin and salt.
You can make this sauce at home, and serve with grilled fish, steak, chicken or lamb.

1 t = 5 ml
1 T = 15 ml
